Rave the Date - Brand Creation

Rave the Date is a boundary-pushing DJ service from Cara Gates specialising in bespoke, captivating entertainment for alternative events - from offbeat weddings to unconventional product launches and everything in between. With a growing reputation for curating unforgettable soundtracks, Rave the Date needed a brand identity as bold and dynamic as the experiences Cara creates.

The rebrand centred on crafting a striking new logo and a cohesive suite of visual assets that reflect the brand’s eclectic energy, creative flair, and commitment to personalising every event through music.

Cara Gates, Rave The Date

“Sarah created an entire brand concept for my business from scratch - managing to capture my personality and style perfectly. I needed a brand that showcased the fun and eclectic nature of what I do, something I knew would be a challenge, but Sarah took the task in her stride and to say I'm delighted is an understatement.

Cara’s flexible brand system allowed her to create brand communications herself. The provided set of over 100 assets included logo variations, graphic elements, illustrations and social media templates. A simple and practical brand guidelines document also provided the guidance and flexibility to take her new Rave the Date brand for a spin.
