A fresh identity for a shared purpose
Leeds Health and Care Partnership: Brand Creation
Completed in a freelance capacity with the team at Umpf.
The Leeds Health and Care Partnership (LHCP) is a collaboration between health and care organisations across the city, working together to improve the health and well-being of Leeds residents. To help forge the partnership’s collective mission and values, we were tasked with creating a new visual identity that clearly reflects their purpose and vision.
We began by crafting a new logo that captures the spirit of collaboration and community. The logo is designed to be modern, approachable, and versatile, symbolising the diverse organisations working together to improve public health across Leeds.

Guidelines for consistency and clarity
We developed detailed brand guidelines covering logo use, colours, typography, and photography to ensure consistency across all materials. This framework, alongside the provided assets, allowed partners and stakeholders to create their own comms while stay on-brand.
Designing the Healthy Leeds Plan
We also created custom illustrations and a consistent design language for the crucial Healthy Leeds Plan document. Accessibility was key - with an engaging design, accessible for all readers.
Signage and templates: connecting staff, partners, and the public
We also worked on developing document templates that align with the new identity. These templates ensured that all written materials -whether for internal communication or public-facing content - remained on-brand, clear, and professional. The templates supported consistent messaging across the partnership’s communications, reinforcing its shared mission to improve health outcomes for all residents.
